"I’ve had a lot of experiences in life but nothing like this one, I’ve learned so much about life, about my family, self-love and much more. I’ve felt so safe during my time at the retreat, learned a lot about traditions and teachings, I thank my kukums for their stories and the knowledge they have rested with me and all the other girls. I truly felt as if I was related to them, and I made a bond with these women who made me feel like a granddaughter. I cherish these moments and wish I could re-live this again. This weekend truly had gone too fast."
